This restaurant has been well established for several years now, even for its "gluten-free" options, and although it is not included in the AIC list, they are very careful to avoid any risk of contamination. They prepare an excellent gluten-free mixed appetizer using fresh, high-quality products, such as Bassiano prosciutto and the well-known Monte San Biagio sausage, accompanied by gluten-free breadsticks instead of bread. They can also prepare first courses (which I have not yet tasted) as well as numerous grilled meat main courses, among which I recommend the cockerel and boneless chicken thigh, accompanied by side dishes of local vegetables or gluten-free French fries.
