An additional charge of €8 for a gluten-free pizza (which has a ready-made base, by the way) is outright discrimination. Those who follow a gluten-free diet for health reasons (like celiac disease) should not be financially penalized for a mandatory choice. I could understand a few euros extra, but €8 is equivalent to another pizza and a Coca-Cola; in my life, I have never encountered such a markup. Furthermore, the extra charge is not mentioned anywhere on the menu. I would also add the intrusiveness and inappropriate behavior of the lady who served us.
