For those who are celiac, perhaps Guttilla is one of the ice cream shops that guarantees the highest safety; the risk of contamination is zero. The gluten-free and lactose-free ice creams are two: pistachio and hazelnut, which are very good and placed in special containers separated from the others. The only downside is the relatively high price and limited selection.

The best ice cream I have ever eaten. It was very creamy because it was churned at the moment. Besides having two vegan flavors (pistachio and hazelnut), they also have a vegan and gluten-free cone, inside which you can add melted dark chocolate (at no extra cost). The cone with 2 flavors costs €3, the vegan one costs an additional €0.50 compared to the classic one. Overall, the price is not high for such good ice cream.
