Good typical Umbrian restaurant, the food is good, including gluten-free options. Excellent cheeses and platters, and the polenta is delicious. The truffle dishes are excellent; I recommend the egg and first courses with truffles. I tried the truffle tagliatelle, which were very good. The risotto with porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, and rum is also very good, a unique dish. Good wine list. Friendly and very helpful staff. Typical venue in the historic center of Todi. It has several rooms. I recommend it.
