I went today to eat at this trattoria for my husband's grandmother's birthday. There are many reviews online saying that there is a lot of gluten-free choice for celiacs, however, when I called they told me that they absolutely could not guarantee non-contamination because the kitchen is not sterile since they make the pasta in-house. I had to bring my own food from home (at least they allowed me this). The waiters are not knowledgeable about celiac disease; several times they told me I could take their gluten-free offerings, and when I asked about contamination, they ran to the kitchen to find out and the answer was always "the risk is there."
