I visited this restaurant a few days ago. They are not certified. It's a characteristic and very nice place. They have spaghetti, gnocchi, and tagliatelle to dress with many sauces. Cold cuts and meat are all gluten-free. They also bring a very good focaccia made by them. I recommend it!!

We booked 15 days in advance, notifying that there were two celiacs and two vegetarians. 'No problem,' they replied. I must say that we ordered a grilled dish with potatoes and a tagliatelle with ragù for the celiacs, and the vegetarians stick to the dishes already included in the menu to avoid too much 'commotion in the kitchen.' While we were waiting for the first courses, we overheard the waiter talking to a couple at the nearby table. He complained about having to serve celiacs and vegetarians, and the 'lady' (in a manner of speaking) replied, 'certain people should stay at home instead of causing trouble!' Personally, I think these people should be ashamed! Unfortunately, we often face such statements. I think it's due to strong ignorance and rudeness!
