The Ristorante Roma offers delicious gluten-free options, with an attentive and knowledgeable waiter. Many dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, are naturally gluten-free, making it an interesting choice for those with this dietary requirement. The wine selection is also excellent.

Delicious food and valid gluten free options! Instead of a bread basket, they serve raw farinata (because putting it in the air fryer would contaminate it) and a packet of Mulino Bianco crackers, but this is the only course that leaves something to be desired (mainly for the crackers, not up to the standard of such a prestigious restaurant). For the first courses, they have only one type of gluten-free pasta that works well with every dish on the menu: corn tagliatelle. As for appetizers, second courses, and desserts, many are gluten-free. If you are also lactose intolerant, options are more limited, but there are still at least a couple of valid choices per course. The waiter is very knowledgeable and attentive to gluten-free needs, which is always appreciated. The wines are excellent too!

On January 19, I booked for 11 people including 2 children, one of whom is celiac. Therefore, I informed and asked if there were options for him as well. The reality was that they didn't even have fried or baked potatoes to serve him. Let alone desserts. Since it was a birthday, I asked if they made cakes. When they replied that they would have it made at a pastry shop, I thought I would just have it made directly to our taste and also for celiacs. In the end, after spending 530 euros, they charged us an extra 2 euros each for the cake cutting. Speechless.
