I often frequent this pizzeria, and this alone should make you think. It’s a small and well-kept place, ideal for a quiet and intimate dinner. The bathroom is incredibly clean, a detail not to be overlooked. The pizzas are delicious due to a long fermentation process, and the first courses are made with traditional fresh pasta, porous and rough like the one grandma makes on Sunday evenings. Additionally, attention is given to the well-being of celiacs, as gluten-free pizzas and first courses are offered (all menu pizzas can be made gluten-free). The staff is professional and friendly, doing everything possible to meet the needs of us customers. I highly recommend dining in this little place.
