I went to DOC for dinner and I would gladly go back. The venue is well-kept, with a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere. As a celiac, I really appreciated finding gluten-free dishes clearly marked and designed for everyone, not just as "alternatives." The meat sushi is truly a surprise: well-made, original, and very good. The quality of the meat is evident and justifies the price, which I think is more than fair for what you get. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable: they recommended a perfect wine to accompany the dishes we had chosen. Overall, a very positive experience, recommended for those looking for something different from the usual.
