1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting just to receive a cold gluten-free pizza that seemed like it was made 2 hours earlier! Margherita with burnt mozzarella, inedible! Cod fillet, 4 pieces, and I can't say much about that, but it starts with an M! After an hour and 10 minutes of waiting, we called back to get news, and they treated us badly, saying, "What do you want? I know your cozy restaurant very well, since I live nearby. We order from various places, including yours, enough to be already "registered". Aside from the delivery that arrived after an hour and a half and, believe me, I do more than 200 deliveries a day on foot; if you can't manage the workload on these busy nights, don't take orders until exhaustion, because the result is burnt pizzas, my gluten-free one was raw and frozen, small and nonexistent cod fillet, salt galore. Furthermore, your arrogance during my call to ask where my order was after an hour is outrageous: you can't tell me that it would have been better if you also closed for holidays since you get called by all the
