They do not have separate kitchens, but the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable in this matter. Unfortunately, they have only one fryer, so all potentially gluten-free fried foods (fries, artichokes…) are contaminated, but they make up for it with delicious tartares and tacos. The meat skewers are safe and delicious; I highly recommend the BBQ one. If you’re in the mood for a nice meat dish, I strongly recommend it!
