Pleasant atmosphere, the entire menu is adaptable without gluten (except for fried items, but pasta, bread, and pizza are made by them!). Friendly staff and everything is delicious!

Well-furnished locale with several rooms. Parking outside the establishment is easy. We found it by consulting the locals who also offered gluten-free options in the area. The staff is very courteous and welcomed us impeccably. We started with the house platter, which was a good beginning, although I would recommend toasting the gluten-free bread of the bruschetta to make it more appealing. The cured meats and buffalo mozzarella were excellent, as were the sauces on the bruschetta. The mushrooms were also great. For the first course, we had lombrichelli alla Viterbese (without chili) and white polenta with mushrooms and sausage (gluten-free). The lombrichelli were very good as pasta, but the sauce was rather light and the pecorino dominated everything: I would have preferred to taste the tomato more. The polenta was very soft in texture (perhaps because it was served on a wooden plate for better distribution), even too soft for how we are used to eating it, and the seasoning was not well blended with the base, giving a feeling of a dish that was not entirely harmonious. For dessert, we had the deconstructed tart in a gluten-free version. Unfortunately, the actual tart was not present: there were some crumbled cookies (too few and too crumbled) and the crunchy part was almost absent. The cream with the berries on top was very good, but overall it does not justify a price of 9 euros for the type and portion of the dessert. Inside the venue, there is also a wine shop. In conclusion, we did not eat badly, but we expected something more.
