Gluten-free Puccia is really good, but I can't say the same about the price. Paying 14 euros for a "classic" Puccia with prosciutto, mozzarella, and tomato seems definitely excessive to me. Exploiters.

It is a very pleasant possibility to be able to eat the typical Salento puccia with every possible filling. Soft and crumbly bread, not chewy like all gluten-free products. Very kind staff who are very attentive to our needs. For a quick lunch or dinner with Apulian flavor, this is the place to recommend above all!
