Unfortunately, I read some reviews but I must point out that it is exactly the opposite. They offer gluten-free options but the first thing I was asked was what my level of celiac disease was. đ I was told that the grill is unique and that they cannot clean it. They said they only use aluminum foil. It's unacceptable to be asked today, even with kindness and courtesy, what degree of celiac disease you have. Speaking among themselves about 'severe celiac disease'... Iâm sorry, but unfortunately, I cannot share a good experience. It would really take very little to safely serve a dish to someone with celiac disease without making them feel inadequate.

Gluten-free Puccia is really good, but I can't say the same about the price. Paying 14 euros for a "classic" Puccia with prosciutto, mozzarella, and tomato seems definitely excessive to me. Exploiters.
