Aperitivo at RIBELLE, managed by Salvatore, highly recommended, even for those of us with gluten issues! We come from Bergamo, I spoke with Salvatore on the phone before our visit to Assisi and what he assured me over the phone, for me and my son, exceeded our best expectations. Very good bread, top fillings, reasonable prices. The rest of the family also ate very well, with various plentiful appetizers. It was a pleasure to meet you! Corradina

Actually, we had already eaten, but this place made us feel peckish... so why not stop and try a little fried snack each at this unexpected 'Street Food' in Assisi? But they were so good!!! We regretted not having lunch completely here. We tried 'Checcopig' and 'Checcocacio'. The first one was really good, with the owner’s recommendation to try it with mayonnaise. But the second one... what a delight! The flavor was perfect, with the cheese paired beautifully with the pepper. Thank you! We will definitely come back and try your sandwiches. P.S.: gluten-free folks in the area who want to eat a sandwich… come here!!
