Possibility to have a gluten-free sandwich (packed by Nutrifree) upon request. Choice between octopus, salmon tartare, and tuna tartare. They guarantee maximum attention and no contamination (always ask and ensure each time). The sandwich was very good, the fish too. It was a bit lacking in flavor, perhaps due to the absence of sauces (maybe they weren't included because they weren't safe). Possibility to eat it in a small room or take away.
