Fusi is a really nice place that prepares delicious sandwiches. It is possible to get various gluten-free sandwiches that are very good. Unfortunately, they do not fry without contamination, but it doesn't matter; the sandwich is big enough to satisfy.

A hamburger place known through various advertisements and word of mouth. I went there last night to this venue located next to the Conversano station. It’s a spartan place that offers appetizers and burgers, many of which are chicken-based. The food was excellent! Good quality bread and meat, and the fries were also good. However, the appetizers were excessively priced. The service was very disappointing! We were welcomed by two waiters who seemed to have little desire to work, arrogant and presumptuous. The service was very slow despite there being hardly anyone there. When we asked for dessert, they had nothing, and none of the desserts were gluten-free. The bathrooms were terrible! They had neither paper to dry your hands nor toilet paper... completely unacceptable. Terrible experience. I do not recommend it nor will I return!

Fusi is always a guarantee! Every sandwich can be made gluten-free! The nachos with pulled pork are our favorites! It's really the best when we crave a custom-made sandwich! We always come back, and it never disappoints us!

Finally, an original idea. A location situated near the Conversano station. Well furnished, welcoming, and comfortable, Fusi offers various chicken options. We had a hamburger with chicken thigh and another with pulled pork. Both were very, very good, characterized by original flavors uncommon in typical burgers. The staff also stood out for their kindness. Prices might be a bit high, but they balance out with the quality of the food. Great options available without gluten. Give it a try, it's worth it. WELL DONE!
