The menu doesn’t specify, but they have gluten-free pasta. So you can choose any type of pasta from the menu (fish and meat) and they will prepare it gluten-free upon request. They are careful about cross-contamination in the kitchen. A must-try! They only make gluten-free pasta; the focaccia and bread are regular. For a restaurant that doesn't only serve gluten-free, the choice of first courses is wide!
