Very good food, the orders for a celiac at the table are marked, and in the kitchen they avoid putting sauces or ingredients with gluten; moreover, they plate separately (while usually in all-you-can-eat places everything arrives on a giant plate). I don't know if they have separate production lines, but the idea is that they know what gluten and celiac disease are.
