The level of safety of this restaurant/hotel cannot be expressed because there simply is no level of safety. It is not about contamination or not; here we are talking about total incompetence and, in the case of us celiacs, very dangerous incompetence. Ask what they offer as gluten-free dessert and they bring you directly to the table a tiramisù accompanied by the explanation: "the only gluten-free dessert." Quite a calm consumption and shortly after, another waitress asks me if I am allergic or intolerant (the question that gives every celiac goosebumps). I specify that I am celiac and she leaves. Only at my request for further information am I told that the only gluten-free dessert was actually gluten-filled. Embarrassing, incompetent, and dangerous.
