Undoubtedly the best gluten-free croissant I've ever eaten! For a few months now, there has been the option to have breakfast and snacks on site, but only on weekends.. I have never tasted the modern cakes, but given the quality of the bread and croissants, I don't expect anything less! Highly recommended.

Gluten-free and lactose-free products are really good and of quality, which is not obvious. Unfortunately, the organization leaves much to be desired: despite the guaranteed reservation, the single portions were not available. The girls apologized, but the fact remains that I will not have the requested portions for an important ceremony. Other times I have shown up with a reservation and had to wait. It's a shame, because with better organization it would be an excellent pastry shop.

Having read that this pastry shop is suitable for vegans and people with intolerances, I went there to try something... I bought 3 boxes of different types of cookies, as brioche and pastries are only available on weekends. I give 4 stars just for this, but I must say that the cookies are excellent, really worth trying, of high quality. I will definitely try other things, I can't wait!!

Heaven for celiacs!!! Sweets, savory dishes, and more at the highest level and quality prepared by two truly fantastic and passionate girls. I can't wait to visit you at the BumBum festival ❤️ I tried their special croissant filled with a fantastic lemon cream and berries, served like a small work of art. I took home frozen croissants, more bread, and pizzette (from Bergamo to Varese they survived without any problems), so now I can pamper myself at home with their spectacular creations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I can't stop dreaming about my return to your place 😌❤️

A laboratory in a small alley beneath a private house that, in the beautiful season, also has a small outdoor area with tables, the magical world of Laura... Arriving, you sit down and with calm, a lot of calm, so much calm and patience, they bring you your tray. I chose a specialty of indescribable goodness. Lightness and divine taste... I would give 5 ++++ if it weren't for the little organization and the waiting times. I really hope that a talent like this gluten- and lactose-free pastry chef, Laura, finds the right location that allows her to shine and showcase her skills and pastry level!

I went at 10:20 on Sunday, and after 30 km to reach the pastry shop, I was told that the croissants were finished and I had to wait half an hour, so I left because it didn't make sense! Additionally, for two days I tried calling the number listed on the page, but it was inactive. It's really a pity because it's all about getting lost in the little things here..

As a celiac, I thank Laura... The croissants are something exceptional. While eating my brioche, I was moved. You can really feel the search for flavor and texture. Additionally, the aperitifs on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons are highly sought after. Furthermore, there is no risk of contamination because everything is gluten-free. I will definitely return! ❤️

Breakfast with cappuccino, fresh orange juice, delicious pistachio brioche with generous filling. Fair prices for the quality. Great variety of cookies, baked goods, and cakes, super tempting. Highly recommended!

Fantastic pastry and bakery where you can find gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan products. I got cookies, sandwiches, and mini pizzas. All very good!!! I highly recommend it both for those who are celiac and for those like me who occasionally need to take a break from gluten-based products. My favorite products are the Bacis di dama and the sandwiches with peppers. Simply delicious 😋
