Unlike what is stated on the sign, not all flavors are gluten-free, in fact. Be careful about contamination (clean scoop) but it should be immediately noted that only a few varieties are gluten-free.

The ice cream is really great. I got the gluten-free version; it's a shame they didn't have a cone to offer, only a cup. But they showed attention both by changing the scoop when taking the ice cream from the untouched side. Highly recommended.

Ice cream shop of excellent quality and flavor! They have a remarkable attention to cross-contamination: almost all their flavors are gluten-free, but the greatest contamination could come from the scoops; so with well-washed hands, they proceed to take the gluten-free cone using two clean scoops, each of which they use to scoop the chosen flavor going deep, where there has surely been no contamination. It takes so little!
