Ice cream shop of excellent quality and flavor! They have a remarkable attention to cross-contamination: almost all their flavors are gluten-free, but the greatest contamination could come from the scoops; so with well-washed hands, they proceed to take the gluten-free cone using two clean scoops, each of which they use to scoop the chosen flavor going deep, where there has surely been no contamination. It takes so little!
