Diverse options, attentive and prepared staff. Fresh fish, the tuna steak with pistachio pesto is uniquely delicious.

Tables on the pedestrian street in the center of the island, nice restaurant with various gluten-free dishes. The waiter assisted me in choosing the dishes. The bread and breadsticks accompanying it were very likely from a bakery. The tuna tartare is definitely a must-try.

I went to eat at this restaurant in early August, and the owner welcomed us kindly despite our not having made a reservation. The waiters were all very nice and prepared; the owner during the evening checked with the corner of her eye to see if all the tables were okay, showing a certain attention to the customer. I had an eggplant roll with swordfish as an appetizer, which was really excellent; perhaps the portion was a bit sparse relative to the price. Then I had a seafood carbonara, probably the best dish I have eaten on the island, which cost 18 euros but was very generous; the ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and on the plate, there was both a red shrimp, which I presume was from Mazara, and a Mediterranean scampi that could easily be recognized by its color. Another big plus for the restaurant is the gluten-free options; as I understood, the owner is celiac and therefore has a particular attention to this aspect. We found excellent gluten-free bread, breadsticks, cannoli, and many dishes assured us of the complete absence of gluten. The costs are in line with other restaurants in the center; perhaps you pay a little more, but I can say it is money well spent, and frankly, I rarely say that.
