A very nice place located a short walk from the attractions of Galatina, in the central Piazza Dante Alighieri, surrounded by beautiful buildings. It offers a good selection of ice cream flavors, all gluten-free and very good. There are also gluten-free pastries, brioches, wafers, and other items, including the famous pasticciotto from Lecce, which is really good here.

I was very disappointed. A person with nut allergies was served ice cream using the same spoon that was used for serving hazelnut, resulting in cross-contamination and an inevitable allergic reaction. In a venue that works with the public, attention to hygiene and food safety should be a priority. Unfortunately, due to this lack of care, I cannot recommend it, especially to those who need to pay attention to allergens other than lactose and gluten.
