I went there the other day because, having called ahead, I knew they offered gluten-free options. For those with celiac disease, there are various options; some sushi pieces are naturally gluten-free, but others can also be requested. In fact, when ordering through your phone, for dishes that contain gluten, there is also the option to request them without (except for fried items).
