I went for a graduation dinner (so the restaurant was informed during the reservation that there would be a celiac person) during the week, so it was a day with few people. The staff was kind and accommodating, even offering me gluten-free breadsticks (of good quality, reminiscent of crackers, in my opinion). The pizza, with an extra charge of €2.50 for the gluten-free base (if I remember correctly), was served separately from the others. The dough was good and not too thin. I can't assure that they have a completely separate working/cooking area, because it didn't seem so to me, so it's up to everyone to accept or not the risk. They were also accommodating with dessert, admitting that the ice creams could be contaminated due to their production, so they suggested a good panna cotta. It may not be a certified restaurant, and contamination may occur, but I had a pleasant experience and did not feel unwell. I know well that "not feeling unwell" does not equal "feeling well," but at least you can request any pizza from the menu gluten-free (and also lactose-free, if needed), and they also have a dessert for sweet lovers, which is already a step forward compared to all the restaurants completely lacking gluten-free options.
