Excellent gluten-free pastry shop certified AIC! Extremely kind staff always available for any need. Everything is produced in-house with local and seasonal ingredients. Wide assortment: bread, sandwiches, pizza, scacce, pinse, arancini, lasagna, baked pasta, and much more. The small pastry shop satisfies every taste, with fresh cannoli filled at the moment. Perfect also for breakfast with croissants and brioches. All products are affordable and of high quality. Absolutely recommended!

We stopped by today ... what can I say, simply wonderful and delicious, from the arancini to the pastry with cream, to the ricotta bombette and the superb cannolo!! Top quality ingredients! And then the dedication and friendliness of Luana and Alberto adds to the experience!!! It's a pity they don’t want to move to the north!!😅 Congratulations and see you tonight to taste the calzoni!! Super kind and sweet owner, you can see the love she has for gluten-free preparation. I adored everything from the croissant (so good, I've never had anything like it) to the small pizza and arancina. I highly recommend for anyone who is celiac to go there for good gluten-free food! Truly compliments!

Mamma mia, what can I say... I was in Avola from Friday to Tuesday and I stopped here practically every day (except Monday, the closing day): this is enough to show how good the products are! The croissants are fantastic, really enormous compared to what we are used to 🤣 and everything else was equally delicious. Compliments and thank you from the heart. If I were to return to Avola, you will definitely find me here again!

If you are celiac and find yourself around Avola or nearby, you absolutely cannot miss their delights!!! A huge variety of fresh products both sweet and savory, all truly exquisite: here I ate the best cannoli and croissant of my life! Not to mention the arancine, scacciate, bread, pizzas, calzones, and pastries, each more delicious than the last! Even the granita is exceptional! Besides gluten-free products, there are many lactose-free options as well; they are attentive to everyone's needs! The owners are very kind, helpful, always smiling and ready to offer you tastings of their delicacies—truly two lovely people! We spent 6 days in Avola and it became our regular stop; our vacation was even more enjoyable thanks to them :) I highly recommend visiting them as they will bring you real joy, just as they did for us!

Five stars for this pastry shop, bakery, and rotisserie! The owner Luana is very talkative and incredibly sweet; as soon as you enter, you feel at home! We found everything: from breakfast to products for a tasty snack, to the rotisserie. By order, you can also get various quantities of products (like trays and fresh pasta). We spent four days in Avola and never missed stopping here. We tasted almond and coffee granita (both delicious, although I prefer the classic almond if I have to choose), the Sicilian empanada with potatoes and onion that we were lucky to find fresh out of the oven on a Sunday afternoon, various types of sweet pastries (I recommend the chocolate-filled castagnole and the mini nougat ice cream found in the fridge), the fresh ricotta ravioli that we could enjoy as a first course (cooked in a few minutes, we dressed them with a drizzle of cold-pressed Sicilian olive oil and a sprinkle of pepper, special!), the arancina with ragù, and finally the famous Sicilian cannoli with ricotta and hazelnut flakes. The latter is a true bomb; I've eaten many during my trips around various parts of Sicily but... this is the best cannoli I've ever tasted! There are many other gluten-free products and, if desired, lactose-free or protein-free options, you just have to ask the owner... around Easter, I saw amazing dove-shaped cakes, classic with almonds and candied fruit, with white chocolate and sour cherries... in short, you won't miss anything! Not even fresh bread and tray pizza if you want it! Thank you, Luana, and your family for always welcoming us with a smile and a nice chat!
