Today I had a margherita pizza and a red one at the end of the evening. The margherita was okay, but the red one was burnt, bitter, and especially very old. Unsellable. The place is extraordinary but they should improve their products and especially the quality.

I went yesterday morning to try some pizza and bread. Less than 300 grams of bread and maybe 200 grams of pizza for over €10, only to get home and discover that the pizza on the bottom was chewy because it wasn't fully cooked, and the bread was chewy with the bottom completely burnt. I know that the flours used for gluten-free production behave differently during cooking, but an experienced baker should know this and shouldn't let this difference be noticeable. It's not the first time I've had gluten-free bread and pizza, and I can say that here it's really not good.

I'd like to have lunch with your products, but you're closed...at 12:18 on Wednesday...I've never seen a bakery closed at this hour. If you could post a sign with your opening and closing times, it would be very helpful for those who don't know you.
