I stopped for a quick snack. I got a supplì which was heated but still cold and lacked crunchiness (probably because it had been there since morning). Some things are either made on the spot, at most upon request, or they don’t make them at all. If I go back to try something else, I will update the review. Everything is gluten-free, so no contamination.

They only make everything gluten-free, pizzas, sweets, and anything you want. They are kind and the prices are low.

Today I had a margherita pizza and a red one at the end of the evening. The margherita was okay, but the red one was burnt, bitter, and especially very old. Unsellable. The place is extraordinary but they should improve their products and especially the quality.

One word to describe their products: a MARVEL!! Everything is delicious, it feels like eating a regular pizza! Highly recommended!

I went yesterday morning to try some pizza and bread. Less than 300 grams of bread and maybe 200 grams of pizza for over €10, only to get home and discover that the pizza on the bottom was chewy because it wasn't fully cooked, and the bread was chewy with the bottom completely burnt. I know that the flours used for gluten-free production behave differently during cooking, but an experienced baker should know this and shouldn't let this difference be noticeable. It's not the first time I've had gluten-free bread and pizza, and I can say that here it's really not good.

I'd like to have lunch with your products, but you're closed...at 12:18 on Wednesday...I've never seen a bakery closed at this hour. If you could post a sign with your opening and closing times, it would be very helpful for those who don't know you.
