In the heart of Modica, Osteria dei Sapori Perduti is a real discovery for those who love traditional cuisine. The menu is essential, but each dish is prepared with care and excellent quality. The gluten-free mixed appetizer is excellent: arancini, scacce, cheese, olives, and other truly delicious typical specialties. Don't miss the gluten-free cannoli; they are really good. There is also gluten-free pasta available, which I will definitely try next time.
