A place dedicated to gluten-free, and as a celiac, I found it to be fantastic and super safe. From what I understood, the owner is also celiac. I was able to taste many things even though I arrived late near closing time. I tried 2 types of arancini that I took home, the various granitas available, and the cannolo filled on the spot, and the prices were not prohibitive at all. Guys, nothing to say for celiacs, it's a paradise.

Oh my god this is heaven for all celiac people. Highly recommend this place, it’s 100% gluten-free and you will find here sweets, pastries, baguettes, arancini, pasta, pizza, fresh cannoli, gelato, just all the stuff you need. The lady was very nice and spoke fluently english. Really appreciate this place ❤️

The gluten-free paradise if you pass by the area. I got to know them because the place where I stayed had their pastries for breakfast, truly the best I have ever eaten. Super polite staff, biscuits, scacce, arancini, tons of frozen goods, and gluten-free products. A must-stop if you pass by here! Oh, don't forget the fantastic ice creams that my son goes crazy for.

I read that it was the paradise for celiacs, and it truly is! Cannoli filled on the spot, solid quince jam, pastries filled with fresh cream, arancini with ragù, cinnamon casatelle! Authentic and very good taste. Gluten-free for everyone! In the store, there is also flour, cookies, packaged products.

Their website says that today Sunday 7th May 23 they are open from 06:30 am - 1:30 pm and from 03:30 pm - 9:00 pm, we went there at 03:30 pm and was closed, waited 10 minutes and nobody came to open the shop, I'm very disappointed because we changed our route just to buy something for my partner that she is celiac , very disappointed 😞

A paradise for a celiac is a dream come true, an entire gluten-free cafe/pastry shop!! I wish there were a place like this close to home... I would have breakfast at the cafe every day... and I would gain 10 kg!! The pastries are excellent!!

I have often had the chance to shop with them, both in person in Modica and by ordering their products from abroad, currently living in Berlin. The variety of products is very wide, they are always fresh and made with high-quality ingredients. The delivery service is excellent, my order arrived in Berlin intact and in a few days. A well-stocked place for all gluten-intolerant people. There are many breakfast products and various types of flours. Excellent assortment of fresh products: cakes with creams, fruit tarts, chocolate, brioches, Martorana fruit, jams, all made artisanally. Great types of bread, and I especially liked the one with oat flour and ground chia seeds. Very talented 👏 and the staff is very friendly 😀👍

Bye Spike is a paradise for celiacs. When I go down for vacation, I go there every day for breakfast with the delicious chocolate granita and the brioche. They have really exquisite products of excellent quality. I also want to compliment the staff, very nice and helpful, and they love their work. I thank them for opening a place dedicated only to celiacs, it's not so common in my opinion... CONGRATULATIONS.
