A place dedicated to gluten-free, and as a celiac, I found it to be fantastic and super safe. From what I understood, the owner is also celiac. I was able to taste many things even though I arrived late near closing time. I tried 2 types of arancini that I took home, the various granitas available, and the cannolo filled on the spot, and the prices were not prohibitive at all. Guys, nothing to say for celiacs, it's a paradise.

The gluten-free paradise if you pass by the area. I got to know them because the place where I stayed had their pastries for breakfast, truly the best I have ever eaten. Super polite staff, biscuits, scacce, arancini, tons of frozen goods, and gluten-free products. A must-stop if you pass by here! Oh, don't forget the fantastic ice creams that my son goes crazy for.

The bakery offers many gluten-free products, including packaged items (pasta, cookies, breadsticks,...). The arancini with both ragù and ham and mozzarella are delicious. Highly recommended!
