Very good location for the many gluten-free choices. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Nice restaurant, menu with many gluten-free options, for dinner they gave us their homemade warm bread, really delicious.
4
very safe as they have two ovens (even 2 separate work surfaces) so top, very kind staff, nothing to say. very special pizzas, different from the usual but very good, recommended!
1
Takeaway pizza. Very small and really too greasy and hard to digest.
5
All dishes are replicable gluten-free. Great tagliolini with clams but also schnitzel.
5
excellent gluten-free pasta, also for takeaway

great pizza and great location

We had two very good gluten free pizzas. The base was very good and toppings as well. 100% can recommend. There are vegetarian options and if you ask to remove mozzarella you get vegan options as well. Service is kind and helpful. Atmosphere is quiet and calm.
4
Nice outdoor seating, elegant, excellent food, original dishes. Careful with allergies and intolerances. Very polite staff. Recommended
5
Certified AIC restaurant and pizzeria with staff attentive to needs. All dishes are available gluten-free, and there is a good quality-price ratio. No frozen bases are used, showing the experience and care behind each dish. Dinner can be enjoyed in the shaded outdoor dehor or inside the building, cooled by fans and air conditioning.

Local certified with a wide selection of gluten-free dishes. The pizza and the dishes, in general, are average.

Unfortunately, even though it is a certified venue, the gluten-free pizza was served alongside the others, not by a dedicated waiter, and moreover placed on the same tray as a gluten-containing one, positioned lower, so the risk of contamination was very high. The gluten-free pizza dough also fills you up a lot and it is difficult to finish the pizza.

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Ristorante Pizzeria Al Braciere during our stay in Sirmione, and I can confidently say it was one of the best—and most Celiac-friendly—dining experiences we've ever had in Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff, who were not only attentive and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring when it came to gluten-free options. As someone with Celiac disease, finding a place that takes dietary needs seriously without compromising on taste is a true gift—and Al Braciere delivers this in spades. What makes this place truly exceptional is that their entire menu—pasta, pizza, and desserts—is available gluten-free. And not just as an afterthought, either. Everything is crafted with care and packed with flavor, to the point where you’d never guess it’s gluten-free. The pizza crust was thin, crispy, and absolutely delicious, while the gluten-free pasta was cooked to perfection with rich, authentic sauces. Every bite felt indulgent and satisfying. And let’s not forget the desserts—often the most neglected part of a gluten-free meal, but not here. Al Braciere’s dessert menu is a gluten-free dream. We tried several options, and each one was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. It’s rare to have so many safe and decadent choices! The ambience of the restaurant was warm and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy truly great Italian food without worry. Whether you’re gluten-free or not, the quality of the food and the level of care here are second to none. If you’re visiting Sirmione, do yourself a favor and make a stop at Ristorante Pizzeria Al Braciere. For anyone with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, this place is unbelievable—an absolute must-visit where you can enjoy a full Italian dining experience without compromise.

It may also be recognized by AIC, but the pizza is truly inedible, the dough is unleavened and raw... A positive note, the owner noticed that it was left untouched on the plate and removed it from the bill.

AIC certified restaurant. Located a few steps from the lake. The entire menu, from appetizers to desserts, is also available gluten-free and everything is homemade. Any allergens are clearly specified. I tasted a very good fish dish and a truly delicious dessert.

Unfortunately, it's a no for the pizza... dough made by them but not leavened at all, it was raw inside, with no difference from the crust, I couldn't finish it. I always try to support those who do SG, but here, really no, I'm sorry.

great restaurant menu for celiacs from A to Z 🔝🔝🔝🔝

We had lunch today with my daughter who is celiac. The entire menu, including appetizers, desserts, or pizza, was available gluten-free. She opted for the fried food (dry and quite abundant) along with some non-industrial bread and croutons. The staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely a must-try!

The whole menu can be made gluten-free. I was just passing through and had a pretty good thin pizza, many choices for desserts as well, prices are average.

We went here 2 times because of the many gluten free options and both times where great! I my self do eat gluten and this was the first time there where more gluten free options then with gluten. For the taste it doesnt matter the food is great!

Delicious food, everything available gluten-free, from the catering to the pizzas. The only downside is actually the pizzas, unfortunately: once the dough was impeccable, recently it has become excessively thin, biscuity, hard to cut, and it almost seems like a ready-made pizza base. Considering that the prices are medium-high and there's a surcharge for gluten-free, I definitely expect more, especially since the regular pizzas are not like this at all. It's a pity because the flavors are very good instead. Nothing to say about the catering: exceptional dishes, from appetizers to desserts. The staff is very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is family-friendly, pleasant both inside and outside. In summary, I highly recommend it, but not for the pizza (unless there are changes).

Excellent cuisine, very wide and varied menu fully available in GF version, highly recommended
4
Good food, the entire menu can be prepared with gluten-free dishes. The pizza was not exceptional, it seemed a bit undercooked, but the fresh pasta is the best I have ever eaten!
4
nice place where you can eat lake fish. the staff was a little bit unkind but on the whole it was a nice experience. the food was pretty good. the gluten-free fresh pasta was the best I ever had while the gluten-free pizza seemed a little bit uncooked (maybe the problem was the butter). the lake fish was fantastic: prepared and served in an excellent way.
5
Infinite gluten-free menu, excellent quality, and friendly and helpful staff. One of the places where you don't feel "different". In short, the IDEAL!
5
delicious food and very kind service and staff. gluten-free options are excellent and there is a lot of variety. we will definitely return.

Delicious food, everything available gluten-free, from appetizers to dessert, super fast service. Highly recommended!!!

A welcoming venue in the AFC circuit with a wide menu, including gluten-free options. The lake fish I had the chance to try during a lunch break was excellent, and I will definitely return for the pizza. Recommended!

We went to this restaurant because it is affiliated with AIC. The positive reviews caught our attention. Very nice location outside the historic center of Sirmione. Above the restaurant, there is their hotel. Ample parking and a very nice and well-lit outdoor area. All the dishes are available gluten-free, which is what I was looking for 😍 We tried the carbonara pasta, which I really liked! The sliced meat was good too, although slightly warm. The staff was really kind and helpful, always ready to ask customers, including the very cordial owner! They offer a much-appreciated mini welcome aperitif ☺️ We will definitely return! Highly recommended for celiacs and gluten intolerant individuals, but also great food for those who are not intolerant or allergic!

Very pleasant return. Everything excellent as it was years ago.. and with some novelties: everything, if necessary, gluten-free. The salmon ravioli are amazing. The puff pastry with white chocolate and strawberries is top-notch. Highly recommended.

Today a trip to Lake Garda, destination Sirmione; generally for lunch or dinner, since my wife is celiac, we specifically look for those restaurants that can also serve gluten-free food. By pure chance, we find this restaurant-pizzeria in the guide, and we make a reservation. The welcome is an 8, fair and friendly; the menu offers the right compromise between seafood, lake, and land dishes, but it’s not an encyclopedia.... We order a seafood appetizer and then I have a fried dish and my wife has pizza, given the few opportunities she has to eat it. What can I say? I can still taste the shrimp wrapped in bacon, the scallop with a hint of mint, the fried dish was cooked correctly and in the right amount, but the highlight was the pizza..... incredible! It seemed like a normal pizza... Said like this it sounds trivial, but anyone who is celiac understands what I mean. To finish, there were also various desserts; we chose the chocolate salami, which was a bomb! All accompanied by a decent prosecco on tap and lastly, a fair bill. Kudos to the managers, recommended to everyone!

Perfect for celiacs. Amazing gluten-free fried and grilled fish! Spacious and pleasant environment just a step from the lake. Caring and competent service. Very honest price.

We were looking for a pizzeria where we could eat gluten-free pizza... We chose this restaurant attracted by the reviews... I can confirm everything.... Really excellent quality, the price is reasonable. The pizza is really good even without gluten. Courtesy and kindness in the service. Recommended.
