A hotel...a wonderful discovery! This is my first year at Hotel Zara, but I'll definitely be back, not just for the wonderful gluten-free cuisine (with a wide selection from breakfast to dinner, and always changing!), but also for the location (very close to Viale Ceccarini, yet away from the evening chaos). The service and cleanliness were excellent. The owners were always present, helpful, and—not to be underestimated—always smiling. In short, I felt like I was part of the family. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at Hotel Zara for a week as a family and had a truly wonderful time! A warm welcome and special attention to those of us with special dietary needs. The gluten-free food was simply impeccable: every day at breakfast we found fresh products, nothing packaged! Nutella tarts, croissants, muffins, donuts... a real treat for those who are used to having to make do. A special thanks goes to the waiters Walter, Angelo, and Alessandro: kind, helpful, and always professional, they made us feel at home. And finally, a heartfelt thank you to Maddalena and her daughter Elena, always smiling and ready to accommodate every request with kindness and generosity.
