Gluten-free pizza is delicious. So far the best I've had in Rome. The olive ascolane are also excellent.

I went to this restaurant on Saturday evening, I ordered a diavola and some delicious supplì, which I would also say are fresh and gluten-free for everyone. The pizza was thin like Roman-style and they also have the option of using lactose-free mozzarella for those who are intolerant. The only "flaw" is that the prices are quite high, above average, but I will definitely return.

I am happy to have come across it by chance, the pizza is excellent, the fried dishes are great, and although it is a bit expensive, it is worth it. I ate well and I will go back.

In the city center, if you are celiac and hungry, this little place is for you. Wide gluten-free menu, both for pizzas and pastas, and even desserts. The venue is small, with few seats inside, but there are tables outside too. Fast service, very courteous staff. The carbonara wasn't the best, there are better ones in Rome, while the gluten-free amatriciana wasn't bad. From the table, I saw that the gluten-free dishes were coming out of the same door as the normal ones, and that door seemed to lead directly into the kitchen area. This detail left me quite perplexed because being an AIC certified establishment to avoid contamination, it should have two separate kitchens...
