I've been going to Settimo Gelo for years, it's a great ice cream shop, the staff is friendly and the ice cream is fantastic!!! Definitely in my top 3.

Very good ice cream shop with some very unique flavors, all gluten-free. I'm giving only three stars because they don't guarantee no cross-contamination.

Ice cream is good, but rudeness beats it by far. If you don't feel like working with the public, it's better not to stand at the counter. Hearing the clerk curse and tell a colleague that they don't feel like changing the flavors because there are so many others was embarrassing.. Moreover, it's labeled as gluten-free, but they don't want to take precautions to avoid contamination. Anyway, never again!
