My wife and I are from Texas, and we are very critical of bbq. The original sauce is slightly sour with a light sweetness. Cuts the fat well. The smoakafried chicken wings are amazing. The beef cheek is done well. The house sausage has a good mix of spice and heat. The brisket is good, tender, and juicy. 8.5 out of 10. We will be coming here again. P.S. if you are celiac, you will be pleased with the options available to you. They take all food allergies very seriously and since things are all made from scratch they can tell you if you can safely eat it or not. P.S.S The prices here are no different than what we paid in Texas at BBQ places all throughout Houston, San Antonio, Dallas/FW. The smoke is more mellow than most are used to as it is a pure oak cold smoke.
