Great experience with my furry friends š (Pepe and Luna). The attention towards our four-legged friends is total, from the welcome kit to the dedicated buffet at the restaurant entrance. At the affiliated beach, dogs are allowed. The same attention is given to people with celiac disease. Everything that was on the menu was also available for them, making them feel 'normal'. The food is the icing on the cake! There is a pastry chef who prepares delicious cakes every day! A special shout-out to the restaurant manager, Giovanna, who was amazing! She was always kind and helpful. Also, the entertainer Michele was a force of nature, making the days more fun (keep it up!!). The only downside is that the rooms are a bit outdated. I recommend this place to anyone with a dog.

A 10-star welcome, not 5! At the Imperiale Hotel, you really feel at home. Fabrizio and his entire team are exceptional: always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The entertainment for children is fantastic, engaging, and well-organized, perfect for keeping the little ones entertained in total safety. The cuisine is simply delicious, with carefully prepared and tasty dishes every day. A major strength is the attention to the gluten-free menu: finally a hotel where even those with special dietary needs can dine without worries! Additionally, it is pet-friendly, an extremely important detail for those traveling with their four-legged friends. This is our second time returning here, and without a doubt, it will be our go-to place for vacations. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Imperiale!

I attribute the highest rating to the structure for the following reasons. The environment is welcoming and the staff stands out for their courtesy and availability, ensuring a pleasant stay experience. The rooms, although not designed in a modern style, are functionally furnished and well-maintained, with a decent level of cleanliness and an adequate bathroom area. Particularly commendable is the pool, which is well-kept, as well as the umbrella with sunbeds included in the offer, located at a nearby beach establishment, which is an added value for the guests. The culinary offer, although simple, is generally light and varied. Noteworthy is the attention given to gluten-free needs, with a well-curated and diversified offering. As for lactose intolerance, I believe there is still room for improvement; I suggest, constructively, to clearly indicate which buffet dishes are lactose-free. Furthermore, for desserts, it would be desirable to use plant-based milk or cream to expand the available options. Currently, while the variety of desserts for celiacs is wide, for lactose-intolerant individuals it is more limited and sometimes only accessible upon direct request. Nevertheless, the overall evaluation remains positive thanks to the sensitivity shown towards different dietary issues, which allows many guests to spend a vacation without restrictions or discomfort. Finally, the evening shows were very much appreciated, contributing to making the experience even more enjoyable.

Structure No. 1 in Italy for celiacs. The double kitchen along with the double buffet allows celiacs to almost forget all the strict rules regarding gluten-containing foods or those potentially contaminated with gluten. The menu is very varied, and the flavors are excellent. It's a rediscovery of the pleasure of eating out, feeling protected and pampered. This attention to celiacs reflects a precise social commitment from the owner of the establishment, who is truly a fantastic and approachable person. This aspect primarily compels me to give a very high rating to this structure, which, however, could use some renewal in the rooms that are quite small and a bit dated. Nevertheless, essential services such as showers and air conditioning are functional and decent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The pool is a significant plus, being sufficiently large and well-maintained. The weekly evening pool party initiative is charming. And what can I say about the jacuzzi? Absolutely fantastic. The outdoor area is quite spacious, allowing for enjoyable moments of relaxation at the comfortable tables overlooking the main street, while at the back there is a large play area for the little ones. The agreement with Bath 33 at the lido also allows you to enjoy a surprisingly clean and pleasantly crowded sea. In conclusion, thanks to all the tireless workers at the hotel for making my stay unforgettable.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation spent in Bellaria, at the Imperiale hotel. This is already the second year we stay at this hotel, perfect for families with children and for those who are celiac or gluten intolerant. Lunch and dinner are buffet-style, including the "gluten-free" options, with a wide selection of first courses, second courses, side dishes, fruits, and desserts; everything is fresh, excellent, and very abundant. The dining staff is always smiling and ready to fulfill any request, just like at the reception and the bar. The owners are also very friendly, available, and always present. The rooms are perfectly clean and fragrant, and the staff is very kind. My daughters had a lot of fun; the entertainment staff was able to entertain the guests with games in the pool and on the beach, evening games, and aperitifs. A big thank you to Giovanna, Nicola, Bea, Laura, Grazia, and all the hotel staff who, with their smiles, kindness, and professionalism, allowed us to spend a wonderful vacation.

Perfect hotel, especially for families. Particular attention is given to gluten intolerant guests, offering a wide choice of dishes, from breakfast to dinner, which are always excellent and abundant, just like the rest of the buffet. I also noticed that the meat and fish are always fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff are always attentive to the needs of the guests: friendliness and availability are always top-notch! In this regard, I would like to mention Grazia at reception, Giovanna, Nico, Scalent, and Alin in the kitchen, but the list of deserving staff is really long, and the owners, who are always present on-site, can only be happy! A shout-out also to the two entertainers, Noemi and Arianna, who are always ready to entertain both adults and children, and with whom my son Giovanni bonded a lot and who Iām sure he will remember fondly. The real gem is the heated pool, a favorite spot for both adults and kids, serving as a stage, along with the hotel's facility, for daily activities and games. In short, a resort in hotel format, which I highly recommend, also for the excellent location, just a stone's throw from both the center of Bellaria and the beach. Satisfied.

We stayed for the first time in this establishment and I really have to say that we never had any problems!!! The entire staff was always available and kind, the structure is clean with a beautiful heated pool, and the sea is just a few steps away!!! Having a celiac child, I can confirm that this is a perfect place even for those like us who have this 'problem'. The entire menu is gluten-free and gluten-free!!!! And honestly, I believe this is a service that is not so easy to find.... They also accept dogs and cats, and upon their arrival, they receive a welcome gift.... What can I add.... GO THERE !!!!! We will definitely be back at Hotel Imperiale next year.... A special thanks goes to Leonardo!!

Note positive: professional and very kind staff, people with celiac disease or other intolerances are not at risk of disappointment because they will have the same menu as the "normal" guests, which is also very good. Activities for children are well distributed throughout the day, our furry friends are welcome (even with a nice welcome pack), and there is also the possibility of taking them to the beach with us, but not for swimming (thatās managed by the municipality). Pain points: although the idea of an evening tombola during dinner is nice, it is poorly organized for the simple reason that those eating in the outdoor gazebo will only hear one number out of three due to the speaker being too far away. The interior of the building, except for the lobby in front of the bar, disappoints the lowest expectations with outdated furnishings and various issues that do not encourage the idea of returning. Detached letters, missing door pieces, stained carpets, cracks, visibly rotten frames, radiators needing work, rust stains inside the bathroom mirror, crooked ceiling lights, pieces of old furniture still attached, dirty frames, room keychain missing a rivet (requested for repair but never considered), all of this at quite a pricey rate for a family.

Hotel suitable especially for families just a few meters from the sea, where there's a partnered beach and a short distance from the center of Bellaria. Modern hotel with a swimming pool and wonderful entertainment all day for both adults and children. Every evening, something is organized for the guests. The cuisine is very good and varied, and almost all the same dishes are offered gluten-free as well. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed for a week in this hotel, exceptional!!! Excellent location just a short walk from the beach and the center, the owner Fabrizio and all his staff are always very polite and helpful. Excellent cleanliness and treatment given to customers, especially the attention given to celiacsāthere was no difference between the menu with and without gluten. Wonderful entertainment!!! What else can I say... Next year, we will definitely come back!!!
