Gluten-free desserts but not lactose-free. I couldn't eat anything. What a shame, the place is big and well-kept.

Great gluten-free pastry spot in Specchia! Le Mille Voglie, run by award-winning pastry chef Giuseppe Zippo, makes really tasty gluten-free treats that are super safe to eat, and a lot of them are lactose-free too. The Torta Salentina, totally gluten-free and lactose-free, is especially delicious. Everything tastes amazing and is clearly made with care. Definitely worth checking out!
