everything is delicious, but above all made rigorously with flours that are naturally gluten-free, no deglutenized, which is a joy for someone like me who is allergic to wheat!!

Hot spot is the place where a person with celiac disease feels happy upon entering.

Wide selection of bread, sweets, and beautifully presented baked goods. I tried the scaccia with spinach and raisins, which was really very good. The arancine I took to bring to Puglia look wonderful. They also have a wide selection of gluten-free products. Highly recommended!

A couple of years ago I discovered this place. I have a daughter with celiac disease and I must say it was a great surprise, excellent quality gluten-free products especially the desserts, wide and varied selection, really compliments to the pastry chef.

A fantastic place, especially for gluten-free products, which I think are the best in Italy, if not the world (I would move to Comiso just to enjoy their delights every day). The top in terms of quality and rock-bottom prices. (Of course, we're talking about products bought in the store and not the packaged ones made by them but sold elsewhere like Turin, where they have very high prices instead). However, I have to say that I was disappointed by their COVID-19 organization: every time I arrived this summer, they let in 20 people inside, all crammed together with a distance of 20 cm from each other, and not only that: every time at least 2 people without masks and the owners said nothing. In any place, only 2 or 3 are allowed to enter at a time, and it's not allowed to enter without masks. Here, everyone, both the store owners and the customers, are completely indifferent and say nothing. I was the only one who always said something and slightly improved the situation. I hope I haven't been contaminated. It's a shame that such a wonderful place loses quality and stars just because of the poor COVID organization.

Absolutely excellent! Quality products, extremely good, clean local and kindness of the staff! They also have a special line for celiacs. A must-try!

They were selling me the brioche with tuppo as a vegan product; you should indicate the ingredients on the transparent single-serving bags sold in the ice cream shop. Fortunately, I did not accept it. You can definitely make a vegan version, as we share the difficulty of finding suitable food with those who are celiac. As for the rest, since I haven't tasted it, I don't know.

Good bakery with a wide selection of bread, a bit less for rustic items. The display area near the checkout is dedicated to traditional products prepared during the typical period: excellent choice. Very good prices. Welcoming, clean, and new place. There is also a good offer of gluten-free products and frozen baked goods.
