We went to this place to get takeaway pizzas; the pizzas were lightly topped, thin but had a good dough. Honestly, I don't understand those who say it's one of the best gluten-free pizzas they've ever had; they probably have never eaten a good Neapolitan pizza. Putting that aside, it is still a blessing to have something gluten-free in these rather remote places. The next day, we returned to get two gluten-free puccie, and they were much better. (You need to give advance notice for these last ones) We also had some fried treats, and they were good too. The friendliness and kindness were excellent, nonetheless.

Just a short distance from Santa Cesarea Terme, certified gluten-free Pizzeria AIC, excellent. The mixed fried appetizer gluten-free is very good; the pizza is thin and tasty. The gluten-free option has an additional cost of 2 euros, as does the lactose-free option, an additional 2 euros. The desserts, also gluten-free, are amazing! Plenty of seating available both inside and outside. The atmosphere is a bit vintage but cute. Fast service with a kind, dynamic, and present staff. Well done, we will definitely come back to try more pizzas!

Well done guys. Dined there twice. Once I tried the pizza and another time the grilled meat. The staff is young and very accommodating, you feel at home. The food is excellent. Simple but very nice location, outside. Competitive and appealing prices encourage you to try a bit of everything. The pizza is tasty but very digestible, very light, with options for gluten intolerants. The meat dishes are inviting, with the counter displaying fresh meat. Compliments again.

Great venue, informal, where the staff makes you feel right at home. Craft gluten-free beer, exceptional gluten-free appetizers, and delicious pizza accompanied by the friendliness and kindness of the waiters. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone; my partner (non-celiac) was also very happy because the pizza and beer were excellent! In short, it caters to all tastes! Informal environment, where there is excellent hospitality and you feel at home right away. The pizza is excellent and there is a lot of variety in snacks and different types of meat... We ended up here almost by chance, looking for gluten-free pizza in the Santa Cesarea Terme area. The pizzeria is just as it is.. a spartan locale with plastic tables and chairs.. but all that quickly fades into the background thanks to the kindness of the owners and their daughter who serves at the tables. We ordered the chicken thigh for our son with grilled vegetables. Our son devoured everything; the chicken was excellent and grilled to perfection. We sampled a mixed gluten-free fry as an appetizer and then had two pizzas. Both the fry and the pizzas were delicious and ultra digestible. Additionally, the menu features a good selection of craft beers. Another strong point of the place is the prices and the cleanliness and care of the restaurant's interior. If you want to feel "at home", if you want to taste well-prepared and quality gluten-free dishes, if you want to try a simple and relaxing place, stop by the pizzeria Così com'è; it may be a little "off the beaten path", but it's absolutely worth it!

I went to this place and the atmosphere made me feel at home. I went for dinner with a group of friends. Within the group, there was a vegetarian and a celiac, and they both felt particularly well. One of the best pizzerias in Salento. Excellent quality of products and prepared staff. We discovered this pizzeria almost by surprise, recommended by some friends. We decided to try it, and since then, it has always been a pleasant surprise and a regular stop. The dough is very flaky, and there are several variants and combinations, absolutely spot on. Easy to digest. There is an option to eat pizza for those intolerant to lactose or gluten. The grilled meat is fresh and of quality, and it’s well-cooked. Very satisfied with the service; Mr. Marco is knowledgeable, always knows what to recommend, and what combinations to suggest to satisfy the customer. As for the bill, it’s very economical, especially given the quality and quantity of service offered. Congratulations, keep it up!
