Really good food, they have the entire menu in a gluten-free version. Even the strozzapreti in pasta format. We then had the GF Tozzetti with vinsanto for dessert. They are very well prepared for gluten-free options.

Super attentive and excellent homemade bread. The truffle pasta was good, but it wasn't particularly flavorful despite the ingredients (ricotta, sausage, truffle). I wouldn't return.

Beautiful location and good food. It's a shame about the owner's stinginess: 2 slices of bread requested as a refill cost an extra €2.50 on the already salty bill. An episode to avoid if you want to keep the customer.

Recommended by my wife, who had been here before and invited me to come. A beautiful and elegant place, with quality products in the kitchen, well-cooked and presented traditional dishes, friendly and professional staff with special attention to those who are celiac (my wife). Excellent price in relation to the quantity/quality of the service offered. Everything was delicious starting from the appetizer, first course, dessert, and drinks. I will definitely return in the near future. Great choice, I highly recommend it to anyone passing through and visiting the beautiful city of Assisi. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I had already been to Baccanale in 2016/2017 and I found it a paradise, especially for us celiacs. I returned yesterday and found it, if possible, even more welcoming and accommodating to our dietary needs. Trust me, Baccanale is the kingdom of gluten-free: you can enjoy all the traditional Umbrian dishes available in a gluten-free version, the service is kind and professional, and the place is fresh and relaxing. I'm only attaching a photo of the dessert because I ate the appetizer and the first course too quickly! In short, highly recommended Baccanale!

Uncertified restaurant for AIC, but with staff that seems knowledgeable about gluten-free options and managing cross-contamination. Practically the entire menu is available gluten-free. Very good food, medium-high prices (the mixed cold cuts appetizer was good but priced high for the quantity, while the main courses and wine were reasonably priced). The manager of the establishment was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The restaurant aims to serve all typical local foods from the area, purchased from small local producers. The entire menu can also be requested in a gluten-free version. The quality of the food is excellent, and the service has been absolutely impeccable. Throughout the dinner, the waiter not only served us but almost pampered us. The venue offers a magnificent culinary experience in the wonders of Umbrian gastronomy. Highly recommended establishment.
