ROSSO VIVO Shop and Food Experience offers a diverse culinary experience with Neapolitan pizzas, grilled meat and fish, including a remarkable gluten-free selection. A welcoming and innovative place, with friendly staff and an advanced touch ordering system. It is recommended to make a reservation to avoid waiting.

Very nice place. Excellent both for traditional Tuscan cuisine and the pizzeria, all completely gluten-free. Very high quality of the ingredients.

Excellent experience for those who eat gluten-free! I was truly impressed by the quality of the gluten-free pizza at Rosso Vivo: soft dough, well-cooked, with an authentic flavor and fresh ingredients. Finally, a pizzeria that doesn't treat gluten-free as a secondary option, but with care and attention. The self-service format is also intuitive and fast, perfect for those who want to eat well without waiting. Highly recommended!

The establishment is certified, so you can eat in maximum safety. The entire menu is also available in a gluten-free version. I had a white pizza and it was delicious, highly recommended!

Nice place, very good gluten-free pizza and courteous staff... we will return!

delicious gluten-free pizza!!!

fantastic Neapolitan pizza not to be missed! I also liked the innovative ordering system: choose from a touch kiosk what to eat and where to sit. A must-try if you're in the area.

We happened to stop for lunch on the advice of a passerby... I have never eaten such a good hamburger, the platter with cold cuts and fresh cheeses, which you can also choose at the moment what to put on... they have a counter with everything in view. The pizza is also worth it. Friendly, welcoming, polite, and nice staff, especially the guy at the counter.

Delicious pizza. Nice atmosphere, a mix between a grocery store, wine shop, pizzeria, and restaurant. Very friendly staff and fast service. At the table, you find everything you need to set up, you go to the counter to order, and when it's ready, they call you to pick up your meal.

Discovered by chance because it was near the hotel we stayed at. The self-service idea is very nice, and the small "shop" with the essentials is great too. The pizza is very, very good, the homemade bread is amazing, and the cold cuts are excellent. The wine selection is also great.

We stop by this pizzeria because it is close to the hotel. The location is minimal but effective, and somehow tries to meet the demands of many (grill and pizza). The menu offers fairly "standard" choices, almost turning its back on the myriad of vegetarian options available in many places, but which are practically absent here (except for a side of vegetables, fries, and a properly vegetarian pizza, the "Fantasy of Pizza"). Ordering is done directly at the register, after choosing a table and providing the corresponding number. Once the order is ready, you are called to pick it up. Although we were satisfied with the appearance of the pizzas, we were quite disappointed with the quality: the dough was "floury," lacking fermentation and proper baking, resulting in a chewy texture or at least poorly aerated—something definitely important when proposing a pizza to consumers. I tried to understand if it was a "problem" with only part of the pizza, but when I was almost halfway through, I realized that the pizza itself had something wrong. I left about 3/4 of the crusts and part of a slice to avoid having stomach problems tonight. Considering the prices (a Margherita is €8) and the almost "imposed" choices, I cannot recommend the place for the quality of the pizza dough. As for the service, I won’t comment since it was practically absent except at the time of ordering and payment.

The pizza is excellent, classic Neapolitan with a large and soft crust. The service is non-existent from every point of view. It's completely self-service. So you have to get up, go to the counter to order and pay, then return to the table and finally your order is called over the microphone with the table number you have to provide at the time of ordering. In my opinion, this makes everything very confusing and chaotic, but with the awareness of this, it is a good place to eat at a moderate price.

Fantastic experience. Rosso Vivo is a "special" pizzeria where it's well known that there are no waiters and the environment is very rustic. The pizza is out of this world, as are the prices. We ordered 1 starter, 2 pizzas, 2 desserts, Coca-Colas, and a water, and we spent 20 euros per person. We recommend skipping the starter and going straight for the pizzas. Highly recommended.

Great pizza, fun semi-self-service formula. I tried the bufalina rossa with prosciutto, very good; the bolognese, my favorite, with pistachio, burrata, and mortadella. The dough was very good. I also had a 100% Chianina hamburger, prepared right on the grill, absolutely delicious! Slightly rare, truly excellent, accompanied by salad. The montanare, on the other hand, we didn't like. They were not fried, in our opinion, and the dough was absolutely not up to the standards of the pizza. Desserts not tried.

One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Really excellent and very quick to serve you. We always return when we pass that way, I recommend it.

Very original venue, with the option to order at the counter or at a screen. The pizza is really good, and the platter is also very tasty, with the option to bring spices and oils to the table. The girl who served us was very kind and friendly the whole time. 100% recommended.

A modern and effective formula in a "take away" style to enjoy excellent soft and crunchy Neapolitan-style pizzas, as well as outstanding meat dishes with minimal wait times. Once you arrive, you're escorted to your assigned table, and after ordering at the totem or cashier, you'll be called when your dish is ready. It's worth noting the attention given to managing the simultaneous serving of dishes at the table, both pizza and grill!

Restaurant and pizzeria "self service": you enter, sit at the table and check the menu, order at the cash register or at the automatic kiosk, pick up your drinks and in the meantime wait for your number to be called. When the number is announced, you pick up what you ordered. I tried the pizza: a rather thick and flavorful Neapolitan dough, quality ingredients. The piennolo tomato was perhaps too sweet, but it made me experience something special. Approved!

A particular formula as you order and pay like at a fast food at the counter, then you sit at the table where they bring you the cutlery, etc. When it's ready, you go to pick it up at the counter. The pizza is good but be careful, it’s without salt according to the Tuscan style. The meat is tender and cooked perfectly with excellent quality extra virgin olive oil. In summary, it’s good...

A place where you can eat not only an excellent pizza with carefully paired ingredients and an artistic touch, baked in a wood-fired oven with sourdough, also available gluten-free, which you can order and pay for with a simple click on a digital device, but also a venue where you'll find a fishmonger and a butcher shop with cooked options, allowing you to choose what you want to eat. Additionally, a supermarket section with a wide selection, including pre-cooked pizzas to heat at home. A concept store of top-quality products to enjoy in a simple and dynamic environment. Excellent price/quality ratio. If you are near Valdichiana, it’s the ideal place for a stop, trust me!

An unusual setting, you arrive and they make you sit down, and then it’s like a minimarket; you go to the cashier, pay, and they call your table number, and you have to get up to take your plate. Not being used to this lack of service left me feeling disoriented, especially because after an intense day, one goes to a restaurant to relax; instead... The pizza was Neapolitan-style, I found it 'normal,' also because it’s not the type of pizza I usually eat. The bathroom was a bit neglected, with no hand soap.

The place appears to be a grocery store with scattered tables, so I didn't start with the best expectations. The service is nonexistent, as there is a machine to order and you have to get up to take food from the counter yourself. Despite everything, I had to pleasantly change my mind: quality food at a low price! The pizza is particularly recommended. I will definitely return!

Suggested by the reception of our hotel. An unusual pizzeria as it is a kind of market that at the same time is also a pizzeria and serves meat and fish. There is no service, so you order at the counter and serve yourself. The pizza is really good and resembles Neapolitan pizza a lot (less soft and more crispy). The pizza makers are also very quick. Deserved 4 stars, well done!

We ate inside a supermarket, basically. Beef tagliata ok, fiorentina not so much. Unfortunately, there was no other decent choice for eating in Chianciano, and that evening we were really exhausted from looking for something else. You order from a kiosk, in total chaos. The products, in my opinion, are not of excellent quality. I strongly advise against it for tourists. Especially for those like us looking for nice and good places to eat on vacation and feel pampered. The positive reviews are probably all from locals, which would be understandable.

So, on Friday 09/10/2021, my boyfriend and I went to Rosso Vivo. We ordered a mixed grill of fish for €16 just for us to share. And we received (squid and 1 shrimp) which costs €10. Now, my boyfriend tells the chef, this is NOT what we ordered. But the chef says this is fish...really??? Even the waitress was on the chef's side. Even a goat with closed eyes can see the difference between squid, shrimp, and FISH as much as a normal healthy human being like me, and my boyfriend who is a cook. Who comes from the coastal area. IT'S NOT MY FAULT I WAS BORN WITH DARK SKIN. The week before this incident, we were there and ordered 1 well-done and 1 medium-cooked hamburger; both came well done. I especially like their pizza, the Napoli-New York but I DO NOT LIKE this treatment.

Apart from an initial misunderstanding with the girl at the cash register, which was later clarified, everything went well. I had a caprese salad. Generous portion, fresh and quality food. The waiters were kind and helpful. Shaded outdoor tables. You go to the cash register to order and pay, and when ready, you go to pick up the dishes yourself.

I was here with my wife and daughter. Even though it was crowded, the service was very fast, and we ate in about 10 minutes. The grilled fish was really good, and my sliced beef was nice too... although a bit of arugula wouldn't have hurt. As for the pizza, I have my doubts; it was undercooked with the tomato and mozzarella added raw... for a Margherita... however, the waiters were polite and helpful.

I had lunch there. I ordered burrata, stracciatella, tagliata, and vegetables. The quality is high, the ingredients are top-notch. The price-quality ratio is very good. One note: I met the owner, and I was impressed by her friendliness. I will go back.

We arrived at 4:00 PM and they welcomed us with open arms. We had an "antipasto" for four, consisting of two boards, one of cold cuts and one of cheeses, all of the highest quality and accompanied by their delicious homemade bread. We drank water and spent a total of 40.00 euros. If you pass through Chianciano Terme, I think it's worth stopping by. Well done, compliments!

The best place in the area! Two rooms, a modern folklore decor that is very welcoming, and a nice outdoor seating. Inside the boutique, you can choose from typical products, a wide selection of wines, and the mouth-watering displays. The girl brings you the menu where you can choose a fantastic Neapolitan pizza or everything else around you: sliced dishes, hamburgers, or a beautiful fried fish platter. The very kind and prepared staff make the atmosphere even more welcoming. We chose the pizza, a soft and delicious dough with excellent toppings. Thank you for the lovely evening!🍕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

The initiative to add a pizzeria and more to a supermarket is wonderful: affordable prices, and the quality? Try it to believe it...... fabulous! For years, whenever we go through or visit Montecatini, we stop at "Rosso Vivo" at least once. We will do it many more times, or rather every time we go that way.

"Sasa" is a character. It costs little and you eat wonderfully. Everyone is friendly and nice. Family atmosphere. Thank you, see you soon.

A very nice place with a very fun formula. On one side, there's a kind of market where you can buy fresh things, like a small supermarket, and on the other side, there are tables where you can sit and then decide whether to order a good Neapolitan pizza, some excellent meat, or good grilled fish. Good!!!

The pizza is great! I also ordered a fried calamari, which was a bit rubbery. But I repeat, the pizza is really excellent! The prices are fair. I recommend making a reservation to avoid waiting a long time in line. Recommended!

Innovative venue... Grocery store, pizzeria, and they also do grilling... Everything in one place. Neapolitan pizza with excellent products... also pizzas for celiacs... We would have never thought of it... But at the hotel where we were, they recommended it to us.
