I have had problems with gluten for several years, and eating a pizza has always been a big problem for me. I met Matteo Toma... and this meeting marked a turning point. Not only did I eat a whole pizza there without problems, but I also enjoyed his exquisite desserts. The Pizza Artisan turned out to be a deep connoisseur of the baking world and answered all my countless questions and doubts about flours. The raw materials used are excellent, all within a warm and welcoming venue. If I could give more stars, I would gladly do so. They would be well deserved!

There is no better pizza in terms of quality of raw materials and preparation. Matteo is truly an Artisan, and his work is pure culinary Art... as a nutritionist, I must also emphasize that if the food is of high quality, it can be consumed even by those who usually have complaints... not to mention the attention given to those with confirmed intolerances such as celiac disease. Matteo, Michaela, and the entire staff are ready to meet every request with kindness and professionalism. The best of the best.

We went to this pizzeria for two consecutive evenings. The first time, I had the best gluten-free pizza of my life: a Salento pizza with excellent ingredients, soft and well-cooked dough. Truly sublime! The second time, however, was a big disappointment: the same pizza with amazing ingredients but the dough was poorly cooked, burnt in some spots and raw in others, thin and rubbery. What a shame! It's difficult to give a review like this.. The classic crust pizza, however, was good on both evenings.
