Unfortunately, despite being a customer for over 10 years at this pizzeria, I find myself compelled to leave a negative review due to a very serious incident and the total lack of professionalism in managing the error. As always, I ordered a gluten-free pizza for myself and three others with gluten. When I went to pick them up, I paid and returned home, but upon opening my pizza, I noticed that the dough was too similar to the other three. I then called for safety, and it was confirmed to me that, indeed, it was not gluten-free. They told me to bring it back so they could remake it, but the issue was not the error itself (which can always happen), but rather how it was handled. Not only did I not receive any apology, neither over the phone nor in person, but the owner also questioned whether I had requested a gluten-free pizza over the phone, even though I am a regular customer and celiac. Instead of taking responsibility for what happened, she responded with condescension, saying that I should have known that they always place the gluten-free pizza on top with 'SG' written on it with a marker. I confirm the writing; I indeed knew that, but I think it’s obvious that I wouldn't know the order in which they stack the pizzas. Therefore, I pointed out to her that as a customer, I cannot know all of their internal procedures and, being a certified AIC pizzeria, it's absurd to have to check box by box when relying on a venue that should guarantee utmost safety, especially since she knew perfectly well that I was celiac, as confirmed by her while we spoke. I would like to point out that had I eaten that pizza, the consequences for me would have been severe, not to mention possibly for the establishment, yet there was not the slightest sign of sorrow or understanding. Furthermore, due to this situation, the people I was having dinner with had to wait and eat the now cold pizza, not to mention the inconvenience of having to retrace our steps multiple times. I want to emphasize that a mistake can always happen, but the owner's attitude was unacceptable. A minimum of apology and humility would have made a difference. It’s a pity, because after so many years of trust, an experience like this makes me not want to return.

Very good gluten-free pizza! I got it to take away and I was pleasantly surprised because it was almost indistinguishable from the 'normal' one. Great for those who suffer from celiac disease, as they are also certified.

The pizza is fantastic, neither thick nor thin. My wife's and my favorite place (she is celiac). Quality ingredients, various types of dough (gluten-free, kamut, multigrain, hemp). The best for us starting from Valdagno. Not by chance, over the years they have participated in world-level competitions bringing home awards, including a first prize in 2015! Prices slightly above average in 2024 (a well-topped pizza is around €12/15). Highly recommended!

Great pizzeria, excellent service with competent and friendly waiters, slightly higher prices but compensated by the excellent quality of the products. Notable is the attention to gluten intolerance, a step ahead of many other places. Highly recommended.

Great pizzeria with high-quality ingredients and, which is very hard to find, they make pizzas for celiacs. A small organizational limit is that when we went with a group of 12 people, they got a bit confused with the organization. Definitely a pizzeria to recommend.
