They are not certified but pay great attention to gluten-free. Upon arrival, I found a small plate with bread and breadsticks already on the table for me. I was able to choose from all the appetizers and main courses, excluding the fried items. For the first courses, I could choose between rice and corn tagliatelle with all the suggested sauces. Highly recommended!

A location nestled in a wonderful frame. Unfortunately, we were there in the evening, so we could only admire the rows in the dark. Tasting menu featuring 3 appetizers, 1 first course, one main course, and a trio of desserts, with the option to have the first course gluten-free. With a half bottle of wine (an exceptional Dolcetto d’Alba), we spent €85.

Notice for patrons requiring GLUTEN FREE. The restaurant confirms its GF commitment and the wide availability of gluten-free dishes. But ATTENTION!!! Kindly, and I regret to emphasize, the owner DOES NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FROM CELIACS (or groups with even just 1 celiac) ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DURING THE TRUFFLE FAIR (mid-September to mid-December) due to the excessive influx of people with GF needs which she states makes it impossible for her to manage contamination issues attentively. She also informed that if a celiac appears only at the time of service, it will not be managed. What a shame, despite having tried to book 40 days in advance, given the great reviews, I will have to opt for another restaurant (if I find one). I write genuinely without polemics, with full understanding of the owner's difficulties who has shown sensitivity but also equally firmness in her stance.

We had lunch there on Thursday, June 13. The very spacious and not crowded dining room allowed us to have a peaceful meal. From our table, we had a panoramic view of the hills of Serralunga, and the food was much appreciated, as were the two glasses of wine. I communicated my gluten intolerance over the phone, and they prepared a plate of pasta with their sauce for me. In addition, I could choose from many other dishes on their menu. Thank you very much.

Incredible place that stole our hearts. Excellent menu, very helpful and kind staff. Breathtaking view of the hills. Very well prepared for gluten-free with many options and fresh bread.

Having had hardly any negative reviews in general, at most I give positive ones if deserved, but after the mistreatment I received from the owner, I was left dumbfounded and it was nothing short of shameful if not worse that an owner mistreats a customer for free. I understand that in a moment of frustration and during the holidays, the last thing a person wants is to work, but I was not a guest but rather a paying customer for the service, and being treated like a second-class customer is unacceptable. Upon arrival, the owner, very impatient, seated us, starting dinner practically in the dark; after 40 minutes they turned on the lights because, according to her, the 'real customers', that is the hotel guests, were starting to arrive. And here already, she made me feel like a second-class customer. After dinner, the owner waited for us at the exit for payment, saying verbatim: 'I’m very upset with you because if you were celiac, you should have told us.' Setting aside that I’m not in a hospital, and my health conditions are a personal choice to declare in full awareness, and since I went there to eat meat and didn’t have any breaded meat, I don’t understand why she would want to ruin the evening for a customer by attacking them like that. Because if the owner was upset for her reasons, I as a customer was more upset than she was because she ruined the evening with such vulgar remarks. The food was perfect, nothing to say about that, but as with many other restaurants, they know how to cook and I do too at home. When I go to a place, besides wanting to eat well, I demand not to be mistreated unless I am a troublesome customer, then the owner would have every right to kick me out and call the authorities, but since I followed the house rules, there should be rules of good behavior towards customers, which were not respected.

Highly recommended for those who want to discover or rediscover the food and wine tradition of the Langhe. The tasting menu at 30 euros is excellent. Dining in the outdoor area allows you to admire the vineyards of Serralunga and the castle of Castiglione Falletto. The restaurant is equipped for GLUTEN-FREE CUISINE. Alberto and Miriam.

Very welcoming location. The view from the veranda where you can have lunch is splendid. Be prepared for gluten-free options. Good dishes and fast staff. Good selection of wines and dishes. Clean establishment. Good quality/price ratio.

Some dishes were good, others decidedly less so; truffle was unimpressive. It's a shame not to have found gluten-free pasta (certified Aic place), so I had to settle for a bland risotto. The staff was kind, and the price was appropriate for the food.
