I went to this restaurant two nights in a row because I was passing through for work. On the first night, I had rice, fried fish gf, and gf dessert, while on the second night, I tried the pizza (with artisanal rice dough made by a nearby workshop), gf fries, and gf dessert. All the dishes I was served were really good and it was clear from the start that the staff is competent. The only downsides are the prices (around €20 per dish and €15 for the pizza) and the poorly organized online menu. Other than that, I found it to be a fantastic restaurant.

Beautiful surprise. Passing through those areas, I stopped for dinner without reading reviews or anything, totally blind, convinced only by the AIC certification. Welcoming environment and friendly staff, but the food was really excellent; we had 1 gluten-free pizza and 1 hamburger, and both were truly good. I must emphasize that the pizza dough was clearly fresh and homemade, soft and tasty, one of the best. I don't know if there have been developments over time, but the previous reviews are not currently valid and do not do justice to a truly excellent dinner.

Pleasant restaurant (AIC) near the highway. The environment is nice and the food is good. Very kind service and a varied menu including gluten-free and lactose-free options.

Lunch in company with free choice from the menu. The venue is somewhat hidden in terms of location, but the interior is well-kept and welcoming. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great attention to intolerances and allergies, even in desserts (made in-house). Dishes are well-prepared and well-portioned with fresh, high-quality ingredients, especially the fish and fruit. The paccheri with sea fruits and asparagus were very good, and the gratin scallop was nice. The semifreddo with zabaglione is interesting. Good selection of wines and sparkling wines. Prices are appropriate for the service and quality. Truly an excellent find and a future reference point.

The restaurant Il Braciere in Cazzago S.Martino is one of the few restaurants that I truly consider to have excellent quality. Discovered years ago while searching for restaurants that offer gluten-free cuisine (my second daughter Sofia and I are celiac), it has now become a reference point for us when we want to go out to dinner with the family and enjoy tasty dishes in an elegant yet informal setting. The staff is well trained and very kind, starting with the owner, Mrs. Patrizia, who always welcomes guests with courtesy. We have had the opportunity to celebrate special events with relatives at a large table, and even on these occasions, Il Braciere did not disappoint us, proving to be up to the situation. I highly recommend it to everyone.
