I crave a hamburger and find this place, informed Aic. During the booking phase, via WhatsApp, I mention my celiac disease and let them know I would be eating a hamburger, and I'm told via WhatsApp that there are no issues. We arrive at 8:15 PM and the place is practically empty. When the waitress takes our order, as usual, I communicate that I'm celiac and she opens her eyes wide asking if I had mentioned it during the reservation. Of course, I confirm. I ask if there are gluten-free appetizers and she replies that they can only make fries, which I would have eaten with the sandwich, so I decline a bit disappointed and order my sandwich. After 5 minutes, the waitress returns and tells me they have run out of gluten-free bread. I point out that I had mentioned it earlier, but nothing changes: they can't make me the hamburger. I ask for alternatives and I'm told I can only have pizza, which I really didn't feel like eating. If I hadn't been with two hungry children, I would have left, but I order a margherita and stay. The pizza is thin, tasteless, and has the flavor of frozen ones. I add that they don't have gluten-free desserts except for a packaged truffle. Terrible experience in terms of both food and customer attention. I can only imagine how strong the disappointment would have been if the celiac had been a child. I won't be returning and I don’t recommend it.

Congratulations on the service, very professional, and to the owner! A very knowledgeable gentleman with evident passion for his work. The gluten-free pizza was EXCELLENT; I haven't found many like that around. I am celiac, and I had a truly relaxing evening just focusing on picking out the wine and enjoying the pizza with my friend. :) Also, the prices were great!

The pizza and puccia were very good. Great place. Only the service was not to our liking, not very present but the staff was very kind. Excellent quality-price ratio. A lot of attention given to people allergic to gluten. Well done.

I chose this pizzeria because they have gluten-free options and I must say I do not regret it at all. The menu is vast, with choices from pizzas to sandwiches and various dishes. I chose a gluten-free sandwich and it was truly excellent. The place is beautiful and spacious, and the prices are reasonable for the service offered. What can I say, I will be back 👍🏻

We just had dinner at this pizzeria restaurant. We chose this place attracted by the reviews on gluten-free options since we have a celiac child. What can I say, my son received a hamburger that we could hardly believe was gluten-free because it looked so inviting (usually they are not). Everyone at the table was also satisfied with both the quality and the service. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

The venue is welcoming from the start, and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The pizza undergoes a fermentation of 24 hours, resulting in an exceptionally light and easily digestible product. It is made with both a traditional dough and various special doughs like hemp, kamut, senatore cappelli, cereals, and whole wheat flour. The pizzeria is also suitable for those with a gluten-free diet, as the gluten-free pizzas are cooked in a separate oven.

The guys at the table service and the owner are very kind and courteous, also explaining the various types of flour for the pizza dough. Specialized for those who do not tolerate or are allergic to gluten. Ready to suggest valid alternatives for those who do not tolerate or are allergic to milk proteins. A well-managed and thoughtfully designed place. Well done. We will definitely return.
