Delicious gluten-free food. Friendly and professional staff. The venue, in my opinion, could use a bit of modernization and especially soundproofing. However, my family and I will continue to go there because the gluten-free food is too good.

So far, I have been a few times and always had the pizza, and for those who like the real Roman thin and crispy style, it’s one of the TOP. They make variations with wholemeal flour and gluten-free options. As for the rest of the food, I personally haven't tried it yet, but my dining companions gave positive feedback.

Historic pizzeria. Healthy, family-friendly environment, the classic Roman restaurant, the pizzas are Roman-style, so they are thin, and the dough is very good, light, and digestible after 48 hours. They have a TV to watch events and matches. Very positive experience. There were 8 of us; everyone ordered mixed antipasto, pizzas, beers, liqueurs, no desserts, 25 each. The menu is varied, spanning pizzas and first and second courses, etc. One nice thing is that they also make the same dishes for celiacs.

Great pizzeria that offers a wide variety of dishes, including options for celiacs. We ordered regular supplì, meatballs, and cacio e pepe supplì, everything was truly excellent. The pizza was delicious, thin just right and very well loaded with toppings. The price is very low considering the quantity and quality of the dishes, excellent restaurant highly recommended especially for people with celiac disease who can enjoy great pizza or supplì. The only downside is that the venue, being very large, gets crowded on Fridays and Saturdays, and there is a lot of noise; the service is also a bit slow, taking about 20-25 minutes before you can start eating when the place is full.

The space is large, with many seats, but only inside; reservations are advisable on busier days. Parking in the area is particularly complicated, especially in the evening. Wood-fired oven and Roman-style pizza, with good digestibility of the dough, medium size, generous and quality toppings. Crunchy and dry fried foods, special mention for the zucchini flowers. Fresh, homemade desserts. Really fast service (even with the place almost full...), prompt and courteous. Notable is the menu professionally dedicated to celiacs. Quality/price ratio: very good.

The pizza is delicious even without gluten and lactose. It’s low, light, and tasty! Even in other types of dishes, it’s not bad and the prices are reasonable. The desserts are good, but you don’t always find something that is both gluten-free and lactose-free together. I highly recommend it.

Great products, courteous staff attentive to customers. The gluten-free pizzas are truly delicious. Furthermore, you can't leave this place without trying their zoccolette with Nutella.
