'Panzerotteria La Rotellina' is a modest but very popular place, renowned for its delicious fried panzerotti, also available in a gluten-free version. A commendable choice for those seeking gluten-free options, although limited to the classic panzerotto.

Gluten-free panzerotti are excellent, very friendly service. No contamination thanks to a paper wrapped around the panzerotto.

My panzerotto had cold parts (inside/filling) and burning hot tips. I understand that they don't make it themselves, but at least heat it well... the dough was a bit 'double', I've tasted better ones in Bari!

I had my first Panzerotto! Delicious, they serve it to you piping hot and only in the classic flavor! We came in September, so there was no line and as soon as I requested the gluten-free option, it was served to me right away.

Gluten-free panzerotto cooked separately, very good even though not made by them, the topping was also good, although there is only the classic panzerotto option. However, availability is not always guaranteed: the times I asked for the gluten-free one, I was told to come back on the following days or at lunch time. Also, especially in August, around noon there is an endless queue: it took at least half an hour to receive the panzerotto. Anyway, the wait was worth it, especially since I didn't find other places in Polignano to taste fried panzerotti or other local specialties gluten-free, and at such a low price... So I would go back!

Very good panzerotto, they don't make it themselves but still worth it. Cooked separately, with a supplement of €4.

At 11:30 for a panzerotto on the go but the waitress informs that there are no gluten-free options available, "maybe tomorrow," she says. Unacceptable. Zero stars.

Amazing Panzerotti (with gluten). I highly recommend the one with tuna, cherry tomatoes, and red onions. It's a small but welcoming place. The only downside is the poor courtesy of the staff: if you don't write to leave the tables clean, you can't use a purposely rude tone to tell us to take the leftovers to the bins...

Modest and highly sought after place, very long lines to eat because it is renowned. Ingredient quality is average. I am celiac, I had a gluten-free panzerotto (great that they offer it), but it was not homemade, coming from an external company and I could only have the classic version. Honestly terrible, with a supplement of 1.50. As a celiac, the line was not worth it; I won't return. What a shame...
