Breakfast with croissants Top!

super kind, they have brioche, fresh biscuits, GF cones and croissants, they are AIC certified and also have some savory options like sandwiches and small frozen fried foods.

I went for breakfast in this place where I found a delicious Nutella croissant. On the second day, I returned and they had also made pastriciotti! Unlike the croissant, they make these fresh themselves and I must say they are incredible! AIC informed and very attentive - a must-visit for celiacs in Polignano!

I had a cup of ice cream but they also have gluten-free cones.. I was told they even have bomboloni which I haven't tried personally. Good but a bit too sweet for my personal taste! Many flavors change the spoon and take from the bottom.

Today I ate gluten-free brioche with ice cream for the first time! I liked it a lot: the brioche was delicious and the ice cream was excellent! The gluten-free brioche (or croissant) for breakfast was also great! The place is certified by the AIC (Italian Coeliac Association).

Good morning, I bought 2 gluten-free bomboloni to take away. They are delicious. I was told that they are also lactose-free, that they are frozen but made by a pastry shop. Heated at the moment, they are really good and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

A smile and greater empathy towards the customer wouldn't hurt. I am honestly shocked by the AIC's (Italian Association of Celiac Disease) concession in selling gluten-free ice cream. The Association should ensure that the products are SUITABLE for celiac patients. In this context, I believe they are not: THE ICE CREAMS ARE THE SAME FOR BOTH CELIACS AND NON-CELIACS (so contamination is guaranteed - risky). THERE ARE NO SEPARATE SPACES FOR THE PRODUCTION AND SERVICE OF GLUTEN-FREE ICE CREAM (containers, freezer counter, etc. - as is normally appropriate). I have been informed that for safety, the potentially contaminated part of the ice cream is removed with a spatula. Therefore, the same flavors previously contaminated are used for celiacs, but the ice cream is taken from the other side of the "tub". I've never seen anything like this around my area (I refer to all the ice cream shops with AIC registration). Absolutely not recommended for celiacs. For non-celiacs, a wide selection and affordable prices.

Coming from Salento towards Bari, we stopped at this ice cream parlor by chance. We immediately noticed that the modern training is innovative with prepared staff, and we ordered several ice creams with different flavors; I couldn't just choose two because the ice cream was so delicious 🍧 🍨 🍦 The flavors were of high quality, the cone was quite crunchy and fresh... and all I can do is recommend it. Perfect cleanliness‼️‼️ The prices are in line with the market. Until the next ice cream that doesn’t melt. I almost forgot, it’s also recommended for celiacs and those who are lactose intolerant. Congratulations‼️
