With all good intentions considering that I have gone there multiple times and have always trusted it, but unfortunately I have often been unwell and since I saw that gluten-free pizza is made where the gluten pizza is made, I haven't gone back, I wouldn't risk it if there's a chance of getting sick, it's a shame because I used to enjoy it well.

Guys, be careful, the pizza is 99% contaminated as it is made next to the normal ones and with flour around it. In the internal kitchen, you can't see if there's contamination, but avoid the pizza. Unfortunately, it's a shame because it's very good.

Vyali: an unusual name for a figure that leaves a lasting impression. He is the one who welcomes you to the Osteria Der Tempo Perso, with that attentive care that is not simple courtesy, but true concern for others. Next to him, a young woman – whose name unfortunately escapes me – of extraordinary sweetness and precision, able to maintain measure and aplomb, even in front of a table like ours, demanding and full of different requests. The impression you have upon entering is that of a restaurant that knows exactly what it does, that knows its guests even if it has never seen them before. There is a silent professionalism in the air, made of measured gestures, concrete preparation, and sincere dedication. Vyali's gaze is a passage: direct, clear, magnetic. A gaze that does not shy away, but rather supports yours with natural firmness, accompanying it with a smile that can lighten the spirit and establish immediate rapport. It is rare to meet eyes like these, capable of intertwining a silent, sincere dialogue with yours. Special mention goes to the young waitress, who can combine efficiency and grace in addressing the sometimes chaotic requests of a lively table like ours, without neglecting the meticulous perfectionism of the undersigned. What stands out, besides her natural disposition to adapt, is the sober elegance with which she admitted to some minor terminological uncertainties, in that fascinating lexical jungle that is the world of culinary art. A detail that, far from discrediting her, made her even more authentic and likable. The gastronomic proposal reveals itself to be of excellent level: the appetizers, in particular, were presented with scenic care and impeccable execution, to the point that the entire table was moved to immortalize them in photographs – except for me, who, as usual, forgets my phone at home. The alternatives for those affected by celiac disease are numerous and well thought out; the only note is the absence of lactose-free options among the gluten-free dishes. It is known, in fact, that celiac disease and lactose intolerance often go hand in hand. I would have loved to enjoy the cheesecake or the apple pie with ice cream; instead, I had to opt for the apple pie without ice cream, which inevitably remains a bit dry. The same goes for burrata, buffalo mozzarella, and ricotta, excluded from my personal menu precisely because of the presence of lactose. Despite this small quibble, the Osteria Der Tempo Perso remains our preferred destination for dinners among friends, both celiacs and non-celiacs. A place to return to, always with genuine pleasure. Highly recommended!

I tried it just last night, so a Tuesday evening in the second half of August. We found quality, availability, and above all courtesy both in service and in reception, but especially in the food eaten. Let's go in order, there were 5 of us, including three children, by the way, it was one of the three's birthday :D. We discovered that all the fried foods and desserts are gluten-free, while the rest is available both gluten-free and with gluten, which is a real bonus for someone like me who is particularly looking for gluten-free-friendly places. The chef is more than informed and attentive, like all the staff. They are not AIC certified, but honestly, that matters little because you can also be AIC certified and not do some of the things that they 'teach' or 'explain'... but back to us. We ordered a suppli and a pizza for one with two waters; the bill was normal, but above all, we left satisfied—not stuffed—and having eaten divinely. Only, if I had to find a downside, the suppli, or rather the rice of the suppli was a bit overcooked, but the exceptional batter more than made up for it. The pizzas were truly divine starting with the red one for the birthday boy, followed by the focaccia with mozzarella, bresaola, and shavings of Grana (without arugula because we requested it not to be added), and the margherita (which, by the way, the two girls shared), these strictly gluten-free, up to the one with eggplant and the classic crostino (these with gluten). Another plus, they were served already sliced for the kids, except for the focaccia, because, rightly, it would have been 'destroyed.' What else can I add? There is no price supplement for gluten-free options, which is greatly appreciated... They have many desserts also lactose-free (not all unfortunately), but above all, the chef 'updates' based on the considerations made by their customers, such as not using deglutenized flours (which is highly appreciated). Just to be correct, they only used deglutenized starch (this is always and only for the pizzas). What else can I say? Definitely worth returning. For those coming, it’s not easy to find a spot, but there are plenty in the vicinity, and genuinely 'struggling' to find a place will be rewarded by the goodness of the food.

Cozy osteria with excellent traditional cuisine, well-stocked wine list, and everything GLUTEN FREE upon request. Fast service and light bill. We will definitely return; Patrizia is amazing.

I went there for lunch today with my family, the appetizer was good and abundant as well as the first courses. The menu is extensive and the desserts are homemade. The staff is friendly and approachable. Suitable for celiacs, worth trying.

I gladly share my experience on Epiphany day in this truly exceptional tavern. As a celiac, I had the opportunity to choose from many dishes (the entire menu was gluten-free) and a wide variety of desserts. I ate delicious things, including homemade gluten-free fettuccine. I found safety (they have a separate kitchen and are very knowledgeable about celiac disease) and availability from the waitresses. I will return with immense pleasure.

I live nearby and had never been here. A serious mistake! Nice place, daily menu with a wide selection of well-prepared Roman dishes. If you have gluten-free friends, you will impress them; the entire menu is also available in gluten-free version. Recommended!

Pleasant surprise for this place in the Tuscolana Quadraro area with typical Roman cuisine and more. The pizzas are excellent (including gluten-free), low and crispy with very digestible dough; particular mention goes to the one that takes the name of the place made with chicory, pecorino, and guanciale. The desserts are also great. Courteous and helpful staff, good waiting times (considering it was also Saturday), and reasonable prices. Definitely worth returning to.
