Considering that three members of the family of the owners are celiacs, they pay maximum attention to intolerances. Everything was really very good and it is the first time I managed to eat gluten-free ravioli, satisfying! I also recommend the ice cream, artisanal and homemade, and you can really taste it!

I preface by saying that the gentleman who wrote the last review dated 09/11/2022 probably confused this restaurant with another one, as I can confirm from direct experience that this establishment, although not part of the AIC circuit, is an absolute guarantee for those who are celiac! The best artisanal gluten-free pasta (made by them) I have ever eaten, definitely worth trying with the traditional Roman first courses. Finally, I would like to point out, in addition to the kindness and friendliness of the owners, another noteworthy added value that, in my opinion, qualifies and identifies a restaurant: I have never seen restrooms kept so well and clean! Well done, keep it up!

Typical Roman cuisine, rigorously gluten-free... everything made by them, from bread to pasta... the owner’s children are all celiac!!! A guarantee!!! Kind and approachable... my husband and I will definitely come back!!!!

Fantastic! The food is excellent and the menu is similar to the regular one. The amatriciana was delicious. They make their own bread and it's delightful, with a nice crispy crust. I will definitely return; it’s a restaurant where there is great attention to gluten-free customers, better than some certified places that are quite disappointing.

We had a great time! The staff was very kind and available for questions, even "technical" ones. They have a separate vegan menu from the omnivorous one that includes traditional dishes like cacio e pepe, amatriciana, and also seitan tagliata, etc. They also have several gluten-free dishes cooked in a separate section (a relative of the manager is celiac, so I think they follow the guidelines). Vegan vegan vegans vegan vegane vegetarian gluten free.

Everything was made gluten-free in a separate kitchen. There is a surcharge for each gluten-free dish mentioned in the menu, a surcharge for bread and service as well. We were given half a roll of bread that was moist and spongy. We had the potatoes and pasta soups that left something to be desired, but it was piping hot and edible. The ravioli with butter and sage was tasty. It could have been cooked a little bit longer considering the raviolis were a little harder than al dente. The quail was super crispy and unfortunately a little dry as a result, but it was seasoned well. The dessert was too sweet - maybe without chocolate and with fruits, it would have been less sweet. Service was a little bit rough around the edges, but with a sense of humor. I wouldn't go back, but for a random unexpected meal after a quick search with my celiac friend, it was not bad.
